Zipzapcart ("we") takes your privacy seriously. This page explains how to request deletion of your Zipzapcart account and associated data.
Send an email to noreply@zipzapcart.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
In your email, please include:
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Alternatively, you can delete your account directly from within the Zipzapcart app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.
Permanently deleted:
Retained for legal/compliance purposes (up to 90 days):
After the retention period, this data is permanently deleted.
